FT Mighty Mini Arrow Build
Please watch recent build videos before removing any paper from the foam! Some videos may use white foam board, which is no longer available and has now been replaced with water-resistant foam board.
I didn't realize this plane was made specifically for a gopro or runcam on the front to balance, so it needed a ton of weight for me without it.
Otherwise, this was a fun, quick build and a cool little plane.
I scratch built this plane with Australian foam witch is heavier than American foam (my flying weight was 390 grams using recommended electronics), but it still flew great!!! It has endless vertical and crazy speed with the F pack. Great design by Josh as usual.
This is a great build it is very easy as long as you take your time and follow along with the video. This plane is incredibly durable, I recommend putting a strip of duct tape along the bottom centre of the plane to seal the joint a little bit better in the event of a crash. I recently built one and flew it for a month, it was very vast, durable and acrobatic. Just make sure you have some long grass to land it in. I crashed it about 4 times nose first into a farmer's field and it survived, also at full throttle (+/- 100km/h)!! Also make sure to seal the top of the wing and electronic bay very well the wings always split off there for me. In the process of building another one. Great work FT!
